Wellness is a multifaceted concept encompassing physical, emotional, intellectual, social, environmental and occupational dimensions. Plus, one that is often overlooked, especially in business, is Spiritual.

Wellness is a broad concept that means being healthy in all aspects of life, throughout life. I have shared before the Eight Dimensions of Wellness. These dimensions are interconnected and build or deplete each other.

I CAN’T ATTAIN THAT!
This is the third in my series of the three biggest threats to our health: I’m not worthy, I am different/defective, and I can’t attain or achieve this – which is the one we will address today. It amazes me how some people say that they I don’t suffer from any of those, and others say, That they are intimate friend with all three.

We have heard that when we discover our purpose it can significantly enrich our lives. It can also define a clear roadmap for guiding our decisions and actions. It will increase our motivation and enhance fulfillment, provide greater resilience and allow us to make a positive contribution to the world.

PERPETUATING THE NEGATIVE
As someone who loves to give others advice, I do realize how hard it is to take it for myself and sometimes others. Maybe the hardest times for me is what I have termed Trash Talk or negative self-talk. A couple of areas where I still need work are when I forget to do something, or when I do something wrong, or after a bad shot during my round of golf.
