Mind Health and Wellness covers a broad range of topics. Some of what

·      I work with companies to allow them to develop a mental fitness and wellness plan to allow their employees to flourish rather than struggle and stagnate with mental health.

·      I work with leaders to allow them to optimize their skills, knowledge, and abilities. (Hint: 70% are in the mind!)

·      I work with individuals to address the habits and limiting beliefs that have sabotaged them from achieving the levels of performance and stress management they desire. 

·      I work with teams who are not hitting the ‘expected’ levels. (it’s not due to a lack of skills and abilities.)

·      I teach mental fitness to individuals to achieve greater focus, health, reduced stress, quality sleep, and greater performance. I also work with PTSD, traumas, limiting beliefs to bring you to a different state where you are able to turn down emotions, anxiety and stress.

Everyone’s needs are different and generally the first meeting would be a discovery and learning meeting. Setting the stage for healing of the specific issues of your mind, body, and soul.
