Intelligence Wellness

This is the 7th article in our series of the 8 Dimensions of Wellness. Today’s topic is Intelligence Wellness: Understanding and growing in knowledge, wisdom, and mindfulness.

Many of us pursue developing our intelligence – yet wonder why we are not able to change our actions or behaviors in meaningful ways.

Neuroscience has shown that most of our decisions, actions, emotions and behaviors depend on unconscious actions. 90%+ comes from what we have learned – and programed in our subconscious. So, if we want to change habits or behaviors, we need to rewire our subconscious.

Researchers have shown that our success at work or in life depends on what is termed Emotional Intelligence 80% and only 20% on intellect.

Codebreaker Technologies holds that there are six intelligences: Personality, Sales, Emotional, Artificial, Business and Spiritual.

Research suggests that it's possible to raise your intelligence through certain brain-training activities. Training your memory, executive control, and visuospatial reasoning can help to boost your intelligence levels.

Boosting your intelligence is a wonderfully aspirational thing to do. However, what it doesn’t address is the cause of not being able to retain and maximize the learning you do!

The three areas that are driving our actions in the first place. They are our imaginations, memories, and emotions! This is because 90% of all our actions, emotions, and behaviors are controlled by our subconscious. It is like bringing our ‘buddy of our past’ with us to everything we do! Our subconscious is our past – every misperception, event or trauma that has ever happened to you. It filters everything from that past into your present and is preventing the future you seek.

MindSync provides the tools needed to deal with what causes stress, anger, emotional outbursts, lack of focus, and struggles in making decisions. Stephen Hawking stated that: Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change. I would say it a little differently: Learn how to bring the intelligence you have or are gaining through a new filter to have the ability to adapt to change. Contact us to find out how.
